Types of Products and Services Available from The Wilcox Center for Psychotherapy and the Healing Arts

Professional Counseling

Counseling for individuals, couples, families, and companies is available within Connecticut. These services also include psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and employee assistance counseling and management consulting for organizations. Appointments may be live (face-to-face) or virtual. Counseling services may be eligible for 3rd party reimbursement from insurance companies with billing assistance provided. The patient is responsible for payments at the time that services are provided and at time of scheduling appointments for virtual appointments. Appointments must be made in advance and are subject to cancellation fees (see return policies under services below).

Events

Free and paid events that we offer are available for customers nationally and internationally. Events may be live or virtual via live streaming. All paid events may be purchased through Stripe with a major credit card. 

Store Products

Products in the store are available for customers nationally and internationally. They are available in a variety of digital formats that are accessed from the customer's account via a unique login. If a product is produced from a live streamed event that has not yet taken place, the customer will receive at time of purchase, an email with the event access information. The customer will also have access to the event's recorded version within their account when available. Products in the store may be purchased via PayPal, PayPal credit, or a major credit card without requiring a PayPal account.

Membership Program

We offer a 4-tier membership program with a free level and 3 paid levels (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) subject to an ongoing subscription via Stripe with a major credit card. A member may upgrade their subscription at any time with immediate access to the upgrades within their account. Additional charges for the upgrade will be billed to the payment method within the member's account. Products may be digital as embedded video or downloadable audio or PDF files. Some products within the membership are provided virtually via an appointment with Dr. Judith Wilcox or qualified staff. After a calendar year of membership, members in Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels will automatically be able to access additional products and services per their membership level within their account.

Advanced Practitioner Training

Shakti Swarupa Energetic Healing Advanced 3-Year Training Program is open to healing practitioners within North America who have met prerequisite course healing experience and energetic and are accepted into the program. Additional terms and conditions are explained in the student contract once accepted into the program.

Payment Options

Ordering is fast, easy and secure online. Simply pay with PayPal. or with a major credit card without a PayPal account on all products. PayPal or Stripe may be used for event products. For paid events, international fees are automatically charged according to the current exchange rate. 

Return Policies

Services
There are no refunds on services already performed (counseling, coaching, Shakti Swarupa Energetic Healing work, Akashic Record Readings).
Payment policy for all services is that face-to-face services can be paid at the time of the service. Distance services must be prepaid 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment in order to secure the appointment time.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all services. If an emergency or illness occurs that prevents you from cancelling 24 hrs. in advance and you do not call to cancel you will be charged the full amount for the service.
Refunds on services you have prepaid for, but not yet received must be requested in writing 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment for that service.
Any and all refunds will be subject to an administrative fee of $30.
Courses, Classes, Group Healing Sessions and Mini Retreats
Live-streamed and face-to-face courses: a full refund will be given up to 2 weeks prior to the event.  A 50% refund will be given in the 2nd week prior to the event (8-13 days before the scheduled event), No refunds will be granted  in the 7 days prior to the event.
Recorded (courses and downloads). No refunds will be granted on these materials  once these digital products are available in your account.
Any and all refunds will be subject to an administrative fee of $30.
Membership Program
A member may cancel their membership for any reason after a one year period or if there is a mutual agreement to cancel the membership prior to the member's anniversary date. The one year requirement is because of the value of the services and products available to the member at the onset on membership that are designed to be redeemed over an annual period.
Members are required to maintain a valid method of payment for their monthly and annual subscription billing. Members will be notified by email in the event of a payment failure and will have one week to correct the payment problem to avoid account suspension. Accounts in suspension remain responsible for the annual payment terms.
Membership will be cancelled for anyone exhibiting disrespectful behavior toward any members or Wilcox Center staff during any interactions in or outside of events, or if monthly payments are not received within one week of the due date. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis regarding participant’s desire to remain a member. Accounts terminated from disrespectful behavior remain responsible for the annual payment terms.
Any and all refunds will be subject to an administrative fee of $30.

Digital Products for Download

Digitally downloadable products are not included in our return policy. A limit of three downloads per product is provided. Please determine where downloads are available on your computer or you may have difficulty locating these files.

Customer Account

All customers creating an account for free or paid services, events, courses and/or membership will have access to their profile information, purchases, bonuses, discounts, and appointments within their account available via their unique login created at initial time of registration. Members in free, Silver, and Gold levels will be able to upgrade their membership from their account, access coupon codes for discounts, and schedule appointments based on their program eligibility. All customers and paid members will have access to support via a form within their account.

Guarantees

Our products, programs and services are backed by extensive education, training and experience in the counseling, energetic healing, and spiritual fields. The methods we provide are highly effective but cannot be guaranteed. Optimal results are always the responsibility of the individual receiving the service or training and require a consistent application of the strategies offered within the service or training in whatever format purchased.
