Meditation and Chanting Live

Refresh yourself and your meditation practice with Dr. Judith by participating in this free meditation and chanting program on Sunday, April 11, 4:30-6:00 p.m. Both experienced and novice meditators are welcome to join in this program. Dr. Judith guides participants into meditation and speaks briefly about the power of chanting, the particular chant for this program. Participants are welcomed to share their experiences of both and ask questions about their meditation practice. You must register for the program in order to receive the Zoom link and the words for the kirtan (chant) that will be chanted in the program.
